ForeScite™ is designed to be used in conjunction with your workforce management (WFM) system. Inputs such as contact volumes and AHTs by contact handling group provide more accurate inputs, which help generate more accurate staffing and management plans. Inputs such as Unproductive and Under/Overtime are coordinated with your WFM assumptions to ensure consistency between the two systems.
